We are massage experts with experience in deep tissue massage, relaxation massage, and maternity massage.
Having qualified from MSCM in 2007, we have undertaken additional massage courses and ongoing CPD to ensure that we are keeping up to speed with the latest research, methods and techniques.
At Hemel Massage, each treatment is specifically tailored to suit your individual needs or injury. We look at posture imbalance, lifestyle, exercises and everyday activities which when combined may cause aches, pains and stress.
We know each of our clients is different and needs their own distinct treatment plan; this is why we do not follow any massage routines. For example, pressure that would be quite comfortable for one person could be quite uncomfortable in another and so we work to your own individual needs. At the end of your treatment you should be relaxed with an increased feeling of wellbeing.
