I ski with Jess and as an instructor, I get lots of niggly pains and back problems, and lots of tightness across my shoulders. I have massages to release the tension and get rid of my knots. It’s kind of an MOT for my back and keeps any problems in check. If I have a specific injury I get referred to Glen the Physio for a couple of sessions. (Linda)
Massage is great for releasing tightness, we help people from all around Hemel Hempstead to loosen up on a daily basis.
